PLACING AN ORDER:

UK customers may place orders on-line, we use Paypal for all our online transactions. Alternatively you may send us an e-mail giving us details of what you would like to order, your name, address and a day-time telephone number. We will then call you to go through the order. 

All Prices exclude delivery charges and you will be advised at the point of order of the charges

WARRANTIES:
For new goods please refer to the manufacturers warranty. Second user & refurbished products, generally have a 90 day RTB warranty. Please see individual product descriptions for details.

ORDERING: with what2get.co.uk

(Internet) - To order a product On-Line using a credit or debit card please click the respective ‘buy now’ button next to a product. If you require another product/s please click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button to return to our home page. You can also amend the quantity if you require more than one.

Once your order is complete click the ‘View Cart : Checkout’ button. If you already have a Paypal account then all you will have to do is Log In and complete the details requested. If you do not have an account then you will be asked to fill in your personal details, eg. Dispatching Information, Credit / Debit Card Information... etc

Once you have completed the Payment details your order details are emailed to us, with a confirmation sent to you. A screen confirming this is then displayed. If the goods you order are in stock then they will normally be dispatched 1-5 working days. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you to discuss the situation. It is therefore essential that you complete the email address and daytime telephone number sections on the form.

Product availability / stock shortages
Items advertised are normally in stock and for same day despatch upon receipt of cleared funds. However with some products delivery times may vary from 3 - 28 days.

1) If all item/s selected within your order are out of stock and/or can not be obtained within 28 days you will be notified by e-mail and your order will be cancelled. 
2) If your order comprises multiple items and an item/s is/are out of stock the total order value will be amended to account for the missing item/s. If we can not deliver the remainder of your order within 28 days a note will be included with your order and a list of the amendments to the total amount paid.

Placing an order on-line does not imply acceptance by what2get.co.uk. A contract of sale is not entered into until the order is accepted by what2get.co.uk and the goods have been paid for or despatched. 

All orders may be subject to additional security checks. 
Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. 
Orders are supplied 'first come, first served' and are subject to availability. 
Should any item be out of stock, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives. We will NOT make unauthorised substitutes. 

Delivery addresses not within UK mainland may be subject to additional delivery and/or insurance charges. 
Should any additional charges be incurred, we will advise you before proceeding/dispatching the order. 

Automatically Cancelled Orders - Orders made with an invalid e -mail address, dispatch address or contact numbers will be cancelled. Orders we feel to be suspicious will be cancelled. Fraudulent orders are always reported to the Police. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after the goods have been delivered we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on the order form together with your IP address will be forwarded to the Police. These measures are to protect ourselves and our genuine customers against the high levels of internet fraud.

Product Images / Descriptions - We try to keep product details up to date at all times. However, due to our wide range of suppliers, product aesthetics / specifications may vary from those show within this site.

Goods Damaged in Transit - All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit by Royal Mail / Courier. IMPORTANT : Upon delivery please physically open the box / package and check the product/s for damage during transit before you sign to accept it. If it has been damaged please refuse to accept it and ask for it to be returned to the senders address. Once returned to us we will then replace the damaged item by return. By signing for the product without checking it you are accepting that you have received the product/s in good condition.

Undelivered / Lost Goods - If after 28 days (UK) from the date your order was dispatched (this excludes Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays) your good/s are still undelivered please follow the following procedure : Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. It may an attempt has been made to deliver the good/s. If no one was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned to the postal sorting office / depot where they are stored for a period of 5 - 10 days. If after this period of time the good/s have still not been collected they will be either destroyed by Royal Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good/s are not at your local sorting office / depot please contact us to inform that your good/s have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the good/s were ordered.

Faulty Goods - If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product or the product develops a fault within a reasonable period of time please return it for replacement (or refund if within 7 days). Refunds are made onto the card used for purchase within 28 days from the date the goods are returned. Replacements are dispatched generally within 3-10 working days.

Please enclose your order number, your address and your reason for returning the goods. If after the good/s being tested by ourselves they are found to be fully functional they will be returned to you. Faulty goods must also be returned in the same condition that they were supplied. If any returned good/s are damaged they will be returned to you.

Unwanted Goods - You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. The 7 days begins from the date you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel your order the item must be un-used and in a re-saleable condition. The product must be returned to us at your expense. The cost of any loss of product / component of a product during transit is your responsibility. All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited once the item(s) has / have been received by ourselves.

Good/s returned to us by Royal Mail / Courier company - If after a period of time good/s are returned to us by Royal Mail or a courier company as either undelivered, uncollected, unknown address, refused or for any other similar reason they will be stored by us for a maximum of 6 months. For each completed week that passes a storage cost of £2.50 will apply. Once the storage cost exceeds the value paid for the goods or after 6 months have elapsed (whichever is sooner) the good/s will be disposed of. If within this 6 month period or before the storage cost has equalled the value of the goods you wish for the order to be resent all fees must first be paid. A fixed charge of £3.00 for re-postage of the good/s will also apply for good/s over £5 in value. Good/s under £5.00 in value bear a charge of £1.00 for reposting.
